If pickup from your local store is not possible then delivery prices start at £10 including vat for under 15kg shippment and then progress as the weights increase.
Sample packages are shipped £6 including VAT.
Some smaller sample sachet orders are offered Royal Mail postage c. £1.50 including VAT.
The vast majority of goods will arrive next day as indicated at our checkout IF orders are placed before 11.30am. We will make everyeffort to ensure this happens, but transport is not guaranteed and you should plan accordingly.
If you will not be in to receive the goods please state the Safe Place, as to where you would like the driver to leave the parcel.
Items marked Stock Item BB come from our 2nd stockholding and can take 2 working days.
We do not make a profit on shipping and offer as wide a range of services as possible, without tying ourselves into logistical knots.
When you reach the checkout you will be presented with a list of delivery options. The cheapest one will be chosen by default but you can change this. The options to choose from are:
Customers requesting ‘Courier’ or ‘APC Pallet overnight’ must place their orders BEFORE 11am, so that there is a good chance the goods are delivered the next working day.
Delivery options for Samples depend on those chosen. If the selection is just Sachets then it is suitable for Royal Mail postal services and will be a cheaper, but any order including pots will require £5 courier delivery.
Finally, the complexity of setting up a website to deal with every permutation of transport means we must ask those choosing to send goods to the more wonderful parts of the UK, or even the EU, to ring us and ask for a transport quote over the phone (01952 727899)
